Well Funded Buyer Seeks Title IV Vocational School

Our client is a teaching dental clinic that offers a one- and two-year dental residency program for Dentists and a training program for Dental Assistants. In addition to being a teaching facility, the school offers several full-service, state-of-the-art dental clinics that provide general dentistry, oral surgery, and a specialized focus on dental implants.

Our client is looking to accelerate its growth by acquiring a Title IV college so it can participate in the Federally Guaranteed Student Loan Program.

Specifically, we are seeking a college that fits the following criteria:
• Post-Secondary Educational Institution (with Title-IV Funding)
• Certificate & diploma programs less than two years in duration
• Allied Healthcare, Dental Assisting/Hygienist programs are of great interest, but all programs will be considered

Accreditation:
• ABHES or ACCSC

Legal/Regulatory Benchmarks:
• Clean regulatory record with no outstanding issues with U.S. DOE or the school’s accreditor
• No past or current litigation or outstanding claims

Financial Benchmarks:
• Annual revenue between $200,000 and $5 million
• Any level of profits (will also consider schools that are losing money or at break-even)

Geographic Focus:
• OH, PA, IN, IL, MI, KY, WV (but will consider other locations as well)
