We are looking for businesses that have MINIMUM 3-5M EBITDA to launch a new fund as the Platform of our fund. We will be utilizing their current management/systems and processes in place to scale through the US and Canada. This company will have option or opportunity to participate in the growing fund year after year. We’ve looked at many industries, but ultimately the EBITDA is what we are looking for, and havent quite found the right fit!
