Wanted oil well plugging company registered with the local DEC to participate in the plugging of orphaned oil wells to prevent the leakage of methane gas. Company must have three to five years experience so buyer/investor would be eligible for a loan through the veterans administration. Willing to come in as a partner if ownership is not available.
