• Real estate bridge loans (50% to 85%) debt, mezz, pref equity
• Buyouts or investments for $1 million+ EBITDA, no max
• $50 million+ SHOVEL READY real estate developments, debt/equity (100%)
• $100 million+ project funding (100%), requires BG, bond, or already owned collateral
• Renewable energy, SHOVEL READY with PPAs $10 million+ debt, equity, JV, buyouts
• Working capital
• Equipment, Accounts Receivable, ABL
• Purchase orders, contracts, offtake agreements

• Development projects that are ready to build
• Renewable Energy with Power Purchase Agreements (PPA)
• Off-take agreements, contracts in place
• Client has BG, corporate bond, SBLC, etc.
• Extensive collateral already owned
• Projects with 10% or more cash already invested
• Projects where sponsor can invest more funds
• Acquisitions where buyer can put in 10%+ cash
• Renewable energy companies or projects for sale or in need of JV
• Government guarantees
