Unicorn Sellers With These Procedures

I am looking for a few sellers that can meet the following procedures or come close.

FOB DIP AND PAY PROCEDURE – TTV or TTT

● The Buyer Issue ICPO, International Passport Copy (Bio Data Page),
● Proof of funds via MT199 to the Seller and TSA (Full) or CPA for verification and approval.
● The Seller issues NCNDA/IMFPA and SPA for 13 months with Roll & Extension to review and sign.
● The seller issues commercial invoice (CI) & SPA for the available quantity in seller’s storage tank to the buyer. The buyer signs and returns the CI.
● The Seller issues the POP documents as below and sends to the Buyer.
○ Fresh SGS (not older than 48 hours)
○ Unconditional DTA (Dip Test Authorization) ○ Certificate of Origin
○ Tank Storage Receipt (TSR) ○ ATSC - Authorization to Sell & Collect
○ Injection Report ○ NCNDA/IMFPA
○ Commitment to supply
● (Optional) The Buyer conducts Dip Test in the Seller’s Reservoir
● The buyer provides tank details to the Seller to commence injection of product into the Buyer’s Tank / Vessel.
● Within Twenty-Four (24) hours, Buyer issues 100% TT-103 wire transfer payment to the Seller.
● The Seller transfers the title ownership to the Buyer.
● The Seller pays commission to all the intermediaries.
● The Seller issues 12 Months Contract for the Buyer’s review and execution. Note: This facilitated and straightforward procedure is only applicable for customers committing for a minimum of 01-year contract after the trial.
