we will purchase open minerals, leased minerals, non-leased minerals, hbp minerals, producing minerals, permitted minerals, DUCs, TILs.
Preference is given and higher prices are paid on producing, permitted, and DUCs, and major basins.
We will price and purchase out acreage, fringe acreage, acreage with limited or no current activity. Kindly note these types of minerals are worth substantially less and the bids will reflect as such, that being said we have closed many deals in fringy plays across the USA.
