Want To Buy USA Based Gold Mines,Active

Our company is interested in acquiring US based gold mines/claims that have active NI-43101's. Mines outside of USA are of less priorty to us, but I will gladly take a look.
We do not particularly want to purchase smaller mines, we look to be spending a minimum of 100m, with no cap on how much we can per mine....1b+ is totally fine (fair market price is a must).
