Investment Group Actively Seeking NASDAQ-Listed Companies for Acquisition (RTO-Friendly)

Our group has been retained by a consortium of strategic clients to identify and acquire multiple NASDAQ-listed public companies for reverse takeover (RTO) and other public market entry strategies.

We are not interested in SPACs, OTC uplistings, or traditional IPOs. Instead, we are laser-focused on existing NASDAQ vehicles—including distressed or non-compliant entities—that can serve as viable public shells or turnaround opportunities.

Target Criteria:
1. Must be listed on NASDAQ (any tier)
2. Revoked, non-compliant, or under SEC/NASDAQ scrutiny will be considered
3. Convertible debt, legacy litigation, or operating losses not a disqualifier
4. Clean cap structure preferred, but open to negotiations
