The communications protocol that is the underpinning of the Internet was designed with two vital defects.

1. An unpreventable and inevitable bottleneck.
2. A whack-a-mole security defect.

For this reason, fortune 1,000 companies have been driven to invest in more secure private networks (MPLS). These networks are expensive to implement, maintain, and the complexities require substantial IT CapEx and OpEx.

As an example, Bank of America has 3,819 branches and 16,209 ATMs. For the branches alone, BofA spends approximately ~$40MM annually, for MPLS. As such, MPLS is a ~$70B market, annually.

We have designed, developed, and partially deployed a new layer to be placed on top of the existing internet offering network services at scale.

These network services make up hundreds of billions a year of the industry, and we have patented and production ready methods of providing these critical telecommunications services for 10-50 cents on the dollar.

The business is the network which needs expansion. We would like to license or sell this network expansion to the right partner/buyer. Network has unlimited potential and over 30 potential additional patents.
