Clients include architects, contractors, fabricators, detailers, and business owners. Clients range in size from small business to the Fortune 100.

Since 2004, the company has worked with over 400 clients. Each year the company completes about 100 projects and most of these clients are a source of repeat business. Approximately 75% of clients have been using the company’s services for at least three years. Revenue received over the years comes from a large number of clients each year, and the business does not rely on a short list of clients for the bulk of its revenue.

A qualified buyer must be a Georgia Registered Professional Engineer. Expertise in structural engineering, design of structural steel, reinforced concrete, and timber structures is required.
