We have a licensed Comors financial services company authorised as an INTERNATIONAL BROKERAGE and CLEARING HOUSE LICENSE for sale.

Coupled with the Metatrader5 platform which is already in place you will have a fully operational trading/brokerage company (we do not represent Metatrader).

The Company is authorised for an INTERNATIONAL BROKERAGE and CLEARING HOUSE LICENSE (see below) and has everything needed to operate. The required experienced director is in place and will stay on after the sale (If required). All that is needed is a platform to be a fully functional trading firm.

Authorisations:

The Company operates under the regulatory supervision of a supervisory organisation officially recognised by the Comoros MWALI INTERNATIONAL SERVICES AUTHORITY, with the following authorisations:

a. carry out credit transactions (in particular concerning consumer loans or mortgages, factoring, commercial financing or financial leasing);
b. provide services related to payment transactions, in particular by carrying out electronic transfers on behalf of other persons, or who issue or manage means of payment such as credit cards and travellers’ cheques;
c. trade for their account or the account of others in banknotes and coins, money market instruments, foreign exchange, precious metals, commodities and securities (stocks and shares and value rights) as well as their derivatives;

The Company does not have any customers at this time.
