Polish SPI- Small Payment Institution license

1. Scope of license:
- Enabling the acceptance of payment instruments and the execution of payment transactions initiated by the payer’s payment instrument by the acceptor or through its intermediary, particularly involving the handling of authorization, transmitting payment orders of the payer or the acceptor to the issuer of the payment instrument or payment systems, aimed at transferring the funds due to the acceptor, excluding activities consisting of the settlement and clearing of these transactions within the payment system as defined in the Act on Finality of Settlement (acquiring).

- Money remittance service.

- Issuance of payment instruments.

- Execution of payment transactions referred to in item 2, debiting the funds made available to the user under a credit facility, and in the case of a payment institution or an electronic money institution – credit referred to in Article 74(3) or Article 132j(3).

- Execution of payment transactions, including the transfer of funds to a payment account held with the user's provider or another provider through the execution of credit transfer services, including standing orders.

- Execution of payment transactions, including the transfer of funds to a payment account held with the user's provider or another provider through the execution of direct debit services, including one-time direct debit transactions.

- Execution of payment transactions, including the transfer of funds to a payment account held with the user's provider or another provider using a payment card or a similar payment instrument.

- Acceptance of cash deposits and execution of cash withdrawals from a payment account, as well as all activities necessary for maintaining the account.
