Services that can be provided by the institution according to the declared licence:

- issue of payment instruments
- performing the payment transactions referred to in paragraph (2) with funds provided to the user in the form of a loan or, in the case of a payment institution or electronic money institution, a credit as referred to in Article 74(3) or Article 132j(3)
- performing payment transactions, including the transfer of funds to a payment account with the user's provider or with another provider through credit transfer services, including standing orders
- performing payment transactions, including the transfer of funds to a payment account with the user's supplier or another supplier by means of direct debit services, including one-time direct debits
- payment transactions, including the transfer of funds to a payment account with the user's supplier or with another supplier using a payment card or similar payment instrument
- money transfer service
- acceptance of payment instruments and execution of payment transactions initiated by or through a merchant using a payer's payment instrument, including, in particular, authorisation processing, sending payment orders from the payer or merchant to the payment instrument issuer or payment systems for the purpose of transferring funds to the merchant, but excluding clearing and settlement of these transactions within the payment system within the meaning of the Law on Settlement Completion (Acquiring).
- Acceptance of cash deposits and cash withdrawals from the payment account, as well as all actions necessary for the account to function.
