The staff are all W-2 employees: 6 full-time and 12 part-time (with four of the employees being family members).

Annual sales vary from year to year from about $1,600,000 to nearly $2,000,000. Seller’s Discretionary Earnings are substantial; the details will be discussed after an NDA is signed. The sellers contend that sales and profits will increase dramatically with new ownership and management.

The Transaction: The seller is open to all reasonable offers and terms.
The business is being offered for $2,200,000. This would include all assets used in the business, except accounts receivable, cash-on-hand, and any leasehold security deposit. This is for the entire business including, as applicable, the business name, trade names, trademarks, proprietary methods and procedures, any other intellectual property, customer lists, vendor/supplier information, sales backlog, goodwill, tangible assets, (tools, apparatus, furniture, fixtures, and equipment). A definitive list of assets will be included in any purchase agreement and will supersede this list. It does not include cash, accounts payable*, accounts receivable, or security deposits.
