Major fuel company looking for tenants in the following states MD, DE, FL, IL, SC, NC, TX, PA, LA, OK, NY, NJ, WI, CO, MI, OH, MS. The fuel company has given us, Nationwide Brokerage Group Inc., the opportunity to introduce over 250 gas stations to our 42,000 buyers in over 50 states. The process with the fuel company is as follows. NDA WITH THE FUEL COMPANY NEEDS TO BE FILLED OUT AND APPROVED. This process (NDA) takes 1-2 weeks, with an approval process taking 1-3 months. The buyer is responsible for the broker's fees, which are included in the price, and will have to sign a commission agreement in order to move forward with the NDA process. All paperwork must be handed in at the same time to the fuel company in order to speed up the approval process. All numbers provided come directly from the fuel company and will be shown to the buyer once approved. We have all the addresses of each site, and in order to move forward, an offer would be in place. The buyer is required to put a good faith deposit of $5,000, which is 100% refundable if not approved. The good faith deposit will take your station of choice off the market till your due diligence and your approval are done. All terms, lease, and fuel will be discussed with the fuel company and possible tenant as the process starts. We have negotiated the asking price and rents for our buyers already with the fuel company to make sure our buyers get the best possible deal.
