Hong Kong Asset Management License for Sale

The Hong Kong asset management company holds the Type 9 license issued by the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Committee (SEC).

The functions of the Type 9 license are stipulated by the Hong Kong SEC as follows:

The Responsible officers may stay under negotiation to help operate the asset management company smoothly and healthily after being acquired.

It has no any legal disputes and is a clean company.

The sales price for the Hong Kong asset management company is HKD 2.5 million (USD 320,000), plus NAV (mainly cash on hand or at bank). The sales price includes the Type 9 license.
