Licensed by the Hong Kong Securities & Futures Commission (SFC), the Insurance Authority (IA), and the Mandatory Provident Funds Authority (MPFA), this small but long-standing financial services company with an excellent reputation and loyal mostly expatriate clients manages money for private mass affluent clients on a discretionary basis in return for a portfolio management fee. The primary activity is discretionary portfolio management, but the company may also provide advice on securities and may establish MPF retirement schemes for employers and employees.

The company does not hold client assets itself, instead third party custodians are employed for that purpose and to execute deals (purchase and sale of assets including unit trusts and mutual funds) mostly on institutional terms providing clients with a competitive, cost effective structure for buying, selling and managing a portfolio of investments.

Audited Accounts are available along with copies of Financial Resource Returns submitted to the SFC regularly.

The Company maintains PI insurance cover and there are no outstanding complaints or other issues of concern.

The owner, a long term resident of Hong Kong (30 years) would like to put in place a succession plan, ultimately leading to a retirement exit with five years or sooner. He is open to sensible offers for either the outright acquisition, or part acquisition of the assets/Company, ideally at a valuation based on a multiple of revenue in line with industry norms.
