Financial Messaging System BoR RU/Swift/SPFS

The financial messaging system of the Bank of Russia (SPFS) is a channel for exchanging electronic messages on financial transactions (financial messages). The SPFS guarantees the uninterrupted transmission of financial messages within the country. Settlements between the SPFS users have to be conducted via bilateral correspondent relations.

Licensing Application processing, filings, Central Bank Account set up, Intermediary Accounts set up, Software, Security Protocols, Data storage review.

The SPFS services including financial messages’ receipt and verification, sending notifications to sending parties containing verification results, as well as sending financial messages to recipients are offered in a 24/7/365 mode for trade-related imports via non-direct or 3rd countries as permitted(trade/licensed direct/TBD)*.

Other integrations may include -

• Sending and monitoring SWIFT messages
• Sending messages in a proprietary format
• Managing the senders’ list(administer the counter-parties’ list and the types of messages to be received)
• Sending ISO20022 messages
