This growing physio clinic offers physiotherapy, remedial massage therapy, acupuncture and individual exercise programs to help treat patients and manage pain. Started in 2015 in Southwest Saskatchewan, the business has grown and been very successful in building its clientele and customer base. The owner just added a new Physiotherapist in June, and has another new physiotherapist starting in December. An RMT who has been on mat leave will also return in September with all three of those positions helping to drive additional revenue and earnings for the business in the coming years. The owner is selling so he may return to school (furthering his education). The business did $518k in sales last year and is projecting that will rise to $697k in the next year and $1.029M in two years with the additional new staff driving increased revenues. Sellers Discretionary Earnings (SDE) was $92k in 2025 and is expected to rise to $191k to $321k in the next two years. SDE also included building rent of $65k (with the building included in the sale this would add back $65k to the SDE). The price listed assumes a share sale and includes $40k in working capital, $150k in FFE and $710k building. The sale could also include a shareholder loan as part of the price and structure, which would provide the buyer with a tax free funnel for removing future earnings.
