Seeking to Monetize USA Drone/EV Patent

I have a USA drone patent that should be of interest to huge corporations like Amazon, Microsoft, etc., as well as law enforcement due to the mass shootings at schools.
Huge corporations as well as law enforcement agencies throughout the world would be interested in this patent since they would be able to evacuate people that are in harm's way by means of drones being piloted by for instance the police or the military from their vehicles announcing through its PA system to evacuate because of covid-19 alerts, fire, tornado, hurricane or any other Acts of God on its path or any other emergency operation such as terrorist attacks. The patent also covers advertising through a drone's PA System and AN ALERT SYSTEM FOR ELECTRIC VEHICLES (EV's).
