The cemetery is located in the capital city of an economically developed province in southern China. It only takes one hour to drive from the CBD of the capital city to the cemetery, making transportation very convenient. There are multiple highways nearby, and it is only 4 kilometers away from the highway entrance and exit. The cemetery holds the last operating license in the provincial capital city, which is very scarce.

The GDP of the provincial capital city as of 2024 is RMB 3.1 trillion, with a permanent population of over 18 million. Due to population aging, it is expected that the average annual death toll will increase year by year in the next 10 years, resulting in an imbalance between the demand and supply of cemeteries.

The for-profit cemetery covers an area of nearly 52,000 square meters (phase 1 construction, totally 2 phases with over 100,000 square meters) and has completed/obtained site selection planning, project approval, land acquisition, license and phase 1 construction. The cemetery has green landscapes, wide roads, landscape corridors, squares, buildings and over 20,000 tombs, with pleasant scenery.

According to market prices, the value of the 20000 tombs in the phase 1 reaches RMB 3.1 billion (approximately 432 million US dollars). At present, the shareholder of the cemetery plans to transfer 80% of the equity of the cemetery for RMB 704 million (approximately 96.7 million US dollars).
