We have an active minority partner that manages the entire operation, he and other key employees are all staying on. We have controlling interest of up to 52% +/- of the business available at $25,000 per percentage point of ownership. We’ll consider investments ranging from $500,000 up to a maximum of $1,300,000. Our attorney will convey proportionate shares of ownership interest to our new partner. We'll issue quarterly dividends with full return on your initial investment expected in just 24 fully operational months.
