This entity has a procurement relationship and active contracts/PO's with one of the largest consumer electronics companies in the world. The procurement relationship is near priceless and comes with the business.

We boast some of the best and brightest USA-based talent in architecture, full-stack development, front end content management and web development, subject matter expertise in digital marketing, telecommunications, military/government contracting, cybersecurity, streaming media, AI/Machine Learning, data science, legal and privacy compliance, and much more.

We are divesting our entire consumer electronics arm of our business globally. We will continue our work in networking, cybersecurity, defense, aerospace, aviation, etc. in our sister entity where the work and operations are separately done now.

We have grown to a size where an acquiring company with the right capital could expand these contracts easily to over 10MM a year.

Current leadership, architects, and staff can be committed to stay on for contracted compensation/equity. Other items and details on hand-off and training are substantial, included, and negotiable.
