Cofounder CMO for EV/E-Mobility Startup

Co-founder CMO wanted to launch an innovative E-Mobility startup in the E-bike and E-motorcycle space.

Industry veteran in the micro-mobility industry is looking for a Co-founder CMO as part of the founding team to launch a US-based Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) company focused on innovative E-bikes and E-motorcycles.

This startup will bring to the DTC consumer market E-bikes and E-motorcycles with new, unique and highly desirable designs, features and production methodology at highly affordable price-points.

This startup is currently in Stealth-Mode but has already gained some critical traction. While all product blueprints are ready and pending full-scale development once the founding team is formed, some important prototypes and tooling have already started the development process.

Main founder will be assuming the CTO role (and also overseeing product, technology and business strategy consultatively with other founding members); and is looking for an additional teammate to assume the CMO role.

He brings serious experiences, leverage and network in terms of global manufacturing, product design/development, engineering know-how and marketing to the venture.

Potential co-founder joins as equal-investment/equal-equity business partners until revenue is secured from the first crowdfunding product launch which will strictly have to take place within 6-months after the founding team is formed.

As such, a modest co-investment is required by every co-founder to ensure they remain in the game at least until the startup enters revenue stage. Startup capital will also be jointly managed and approved by all co-founders.
