Specialty contracting and engineering firm located in a busy part of Western PA that provides safe and sustainable solutions to complex industrial problems. The company focuses on the following areas of practice: Design, installation, and removal of chemical and petroleum storage tanks (above and below ground); site assessments for property development and remedial investigations for chemical and petroleum releases; soil and groundwater remediation and water treatment for brownfield redevelopment; and characterization and management of excavated soils for construction projects.

The seller, and their partner, are both active in the business and perform duties including HR, sales/bidding, engineering design work, and on-site project management. A buyer will need to replace these duties and maintain their own tank certifications.
