2. Perform an initial Due Diligence on the Sellers.
3. Negotiate Price, Procedures, and Payment terms on behalf of the Buyer/s.
4. In some cases, the Mandate is allowed to draft documents on behalf of buyers (The direct Buyer always signs the documents).

The end buyers have the logistics in place globally and are very well-funded to quickly close transactions providing the terms and procedures are agreeable to both parties.
