Transaction Procedure (VOPAK-to-VOPAK)

FYI - CIS Required on End Buyer first step.

Seller and Buyer - Communicating within 1 hour after buyer gets Vetted.

Product Delivery Timing - 7 DAYS after ICPO has been reviewed and accepted.

ICPO Instruction - Please ensure the ICPO instruction comes directly from the Title Holder to the End Buyer as quickly as possible.

Brokers - All brokers involved will be copied (cc'd) on all communications from the start to the finish of the deal to ensure full transparency regarding the progress of the transaction.

Transaction Procedure (VOPAK-to-VOPAK)
1. Buyerissues ICPO including buyer’s VOPAK account name.
2. Seller reviews and issues Commercial Invoice (CI).
3. Seller provides authorization for VOPAK-to-VOPAK verification between terminal managers.
4. Buyer’s VOPAK terminal manager verifies product existence and title.
5. Buyer completes VOPAK terminal protocols and documentation.
6. Seller issues full Proof of Product (POP).
7. Injection/release is completed.
8. Buyer makes payment via MT103; title is transferred to buyer.
9. Seller settles commissions according to the agreed structure.

DELIVERY TIMING: PRODUCT WILL BE AVAILABLE APPROXIMATELY 7 DAYS AFTER ICPO IS REVIEWED AND ACCEPTED.
