Memorandum of Understanding

Our Company will act as the facilitator for a Jet A-1 fuel purchase between the supplier (seller of Jet A-1 Fuel) and the end buyer (purchaser). All parties have agreed on a price of USD 84 per barrel for the first lift, continuing into a twelve-month (12) contract with possible rollovers and extensions.

All money transfers and documentation will be handled by The Law Office of Stephen A. Cooper, acting as counsel and paymaster for Canadian-SXM Global Investments Ltd B.V. Under a direction letter, all funds to the investment group, (seller) intermediaries, and agents will be sent immediately to the bank location of their choosing.

Once the end buyer receives an active and fresh SGS report and Authorization to Verify (ATV), along with the satisfaction of all proof of product documentation, the transfer of total funds to the paymaster will commence while the title of the product is being transferred.

All parties will be disclosed once an agreement can be reached and agreed upon.

We have buyers at USD $84. Per barrel
Your side including investors group will be your investors group monies returned in full and USD $4. for your side to payout anyone involved however your side feels.
We will need a direction letter to paymaster of bank account where all your side funds will go and if your side agrees combined with the full info (banking, and such) your side will be paid immediately
