Our licensed bank based in the West Indies is working in Trade Finance , we mainly focus on Oil and Commodity trades. The operational team are from Tier 1 banks Trade Finance and Payments and Correspondent banking background.

We have existing ACH rails and indirect SWIFT access and compliant blockchain solutions for STP enablement of AML (RFI) and KYC via licences held in UK and EU. We have an optional - operational Wallet platform integrated also into Fireblocks. More details and a demo can be provided.

The ask :

We seek a vested interest partner with similar interests to invest in 10-20% of the bank, and ideally bring in Capital and/or funds for working capital and/or alternatively set up a white label agency bank with a business revenue share model.
