Functions of company:
a) execution of transfer of funds on a payment account, unless the transferred funds are granted as a loan to the user by the provider, initiated by:
1. the payer
2. the beneficiary
3. the payer through the beneficiary
b) Issuing and administering payment instruments
Transmission of payment order and processing of payment transactions, where the user is the payee
c) Transferring funds, where neither the payer nor the beneficiary use the payment account with the payer's provider (money remittance)
