SBLC needed

PROCEDURE:-1

1. Provider/Issuer send MT799 Pre-Advice
2. ⁠Receiver respond with MT799 BPU
3. ⁠Provider/ Issuer send MT760
4. ⁠Receiver make payment via Bank Transfer MT103 within 2 banking days.

PROCEDURE:-2

1. Provider/Issuer send MT799 Pre-Advice
2. ⁠Receiver respond with MT799 BPU minus 1% and additionally make payment of 1% in advance.
3. ⁠Provider/ Issuer send MT760
4. ⁠Receiver make balance payment via Bank Transfer MT103 within 2 banking days.

PROCEDURE:-3

1. Provider/Issuer send MT199 Pre-Advice.
2. ⁠Receiver respond with MT799 BPU minus 1% and additionally make payment of 1% in advance.
3. ⁠Provider/ Issuer send MT760
4. ⁠Receiver make balance payment via Bank Transfer MT103 within 2 banking days.

PROCEDURE:- 4

1. Issuing Bank send the Invitation letter from bank secured email to the Beneficiary at his company email address as per format (format is below in separate msg)
2. Beneficiary will travel with lawyer to issuing Bank and verify the Provider
3. ⁠Provider and Beneficiary will sign the Contract.
4. ⁠Receiver will pay 1% in advance.
5. ⁠Provider/Issuer will send MT760 directly without Pre-Advice.
6. ⁠Receiver pays balance payment (minus 1%) via Bank Transfer MT103.

NOTE:
Please also note that we will and must include the below clause into the contract:

After sending the SWIFT MT199/MT799, Issuing Bank Officer will send the copy of the SWIFT MT799 via Issuing Bank’s secure email to his client (Applicant of the SBLC) and to the Beneficiary ( Investments LLC) to his Authorized Person at email

NOTE: Receipt of the copy of SWIFT MT799 will not be acceptable either on WhatsApp or from the Issuer’s company email ID. It has to be received to our official company email from Issuing Bank’s secure email
