I have a public shell vehicle for sale. I have owned this shell vehicle for more than +3 years with my partners. I am looking for a preferred cash buyer in Asia or in the domestic US. I may consider a partial equity hold back in exchange for a lower price, however, it would need to meet some financial requirements.

The shell vehicle is clean, has no issues, no liabilities or legal problems, is in great condition, current reporting to OTC Markets and compliant. It meets the new 15c211 requirement by the SEC. It can be quickly used for a reverse merger transaction with an operating company. It is DTC eligible and has a trading float. No free trading shares are being delivered in a change in control transaction. A control block would be provided giving you a majority control over the shell vehicle.
