I have owned this shell vehicle for more than +4 years. I am looking for a preferred cash buyer in Asia or in the domestic US.

The shell vehicle is clean, has no issues, no liabilities or legal problems, is in great condition, current reporting to OTC Markets and compliant. It meets the new 15c211 requirement by the SEC. It can be quickly used for a reverse merger transaction with an operating company that has assets. It is DTC eligible and has a trading float. No free trading shares are being delivered in a change in control transaction. A control block would be provided giving you a majority control over the shell vehicle. You could perform a merger within days of acquiring the company from me.
