Seeking Regulated Financial Institution or Treasury Intermediary

We are seeking a regulated financial institution, transaction bank, or licensed treasury intermediary to assist with establishing a receiving bank relationship for a large institutional transfer.

We are acting under formal mandate on behalf of a long-established client who maintains nine institutional bank accounts with aggregate balances in excess of multiple billions. All balances, account ownership, and source of funds can be fully confirmed and verified by legal counsel.

We maintain strong, long-standing relationships with the sending bank, and the client has an extensive historical relationship with the sending institution. Introductions and discussions with the sending bank can be arranged as part of the due diligence process.

The transaction requires a receiving bank capable of handling institutional-scale funds via KTT and/or API connectivity, operating under full regulatory and compliance standards.

Requirements:

Fully regulated and licensed entity

Proven experience with large-value institutional transfers

Ability to coordinate directly with a sending institution

Strong compliance framework (KYC / KYB / AML)

Transparent, documented process
