This is a JOBS Act 100% collateralized enterprise matching stocks/bond Reg. D announcement in the amount of ninety-five million dollars ($95,000,000.00), pursuant to Rule 506(c) of the rules and regulations of the United States Securities and Exchange Commission.

This matching JOBS Act stocks/bond announcement carries the ability to be enforced by the full weight of the Government of the United States as enforced by the United States Securities and Exchange Commission, the S.E.C.

The JOBS Act bond is paired with S.E.C. Rules 144 and 144A, allowing for the resale of all or part of the bond on Day # 366 after coupon purchase.

The major components of this announcement are for the acquisition of a second-generation, wealthy, natural gas company with long-term leases on more than 7,000 acres that is fully integrated at all levels of Kansas government, plus acquisition of a second set of leases situated on more than 3,000 acres.

Proceeds will also be utilized for the outright purchase of approximately 650 Nvidia machines for processing artificial intelligence, MCP, cryptocurrency, and stablecoin transactions, the purchase of a GE LM6000 gas-to-electricity generator, plus a four-mile extension of the broadband line to the data center site are part of the project, plus a large scale water cooling system in order to cool the machines.

Natural gas and water are in an abundant and inexhaustible supply at the site.

The acquisition of a large-scale, long-term contract with SAP is a key part of this program project.
