Looking for BTC Sellers
I currently have a buyer who has the following requirements:
- Transaction quantity: 10,000
However, the buyer hopes to the transaction process as follows:
1. The seller provides the total amount Bitcoin address.
2. The buyer provides a receiving address for Satoshi test coins, and the seller provides an address for receiving USDT test coins.
3. The seller sends Satoshi to the buyer's receiving address (handshake), an amount equivalent to 10 USD in BTC.
4. The buyer sends USDT to the seller's receiving address (handshake), 10 USD.
5. Both parties sign the Bitcoin Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA), negotiating the transaction time, quantity, and market discount percentage. An IMFPA will be signed separately.
For the official transaction:
6. The buyer sends the discounted USDT to the seller.
7. The seller sends the equivalent amount of Bitcoin to the buyer.
8. Steps 6 and 7 are repeated until the total amount is satisfied.
