We are a small family owned operations company specialising in Real Estate development opportunities. We have over 55 years experience and a proven track record in the industry as Brokers and Consultants.

We're seeking an associate that has the foresight and the vision to support our Business Plan to grow the operations via a USA Public Company.

This is imperative as our last "wealthy, Trusted" Partner caused us to lose a 200 acre Industrial subdivision that was shovel ready , but due to our unfortunate medical setback

So we do not ever want to allow this to occur again.

We have several properties now (and these will change quickly) that we have researched over the last 6-9 months, that offer Millions.

So a very well versed individual will realise our abilities to produce quality workmanship, thus the reason to protect ourselves through a small Pubco which will remain as our Holding Company for each new deal via a subsidiary LLC for each new project.

The partner we seek must not be a NARCISSIST but a genuine open minded person that is eager to work in the initial stages to establish our operations, and assist us through their contacts from time to time, as we're equally pleased to do all the work, as that is our forte.

We have owned and operated two successful Real Estate Agencies, having employed over 85 sales persons, so we know "" HOW TO "" maintain a very strong and "" aggressive "" sales orientated and successful campaign on each project as we do not allow the markets to control us, as we know how to trade ourselves out of a given situation by swaps, trades and many other forms of negotiations to maintain regular sales, unlike many developers that rely on the Inexperience of so many brokers that truly have No Idea and rely on their email campaigns to generate their sales... until the markets turn sour

And then they have absolutely no idea.

The person we seek must be a genuinely wealthy individual and a Decision Maker as there is nothing worse than dealing with wealthy procrastinators.

We'd rather pull teeth!

Chutzpah is a major criterion as our last partner not only lied to us and cost us a multi million dollar deals, but he relied on his wealthy father, a tyrant, that was never informed by his "son" to this day!

I had a major medical setback which caused him to deny us the deal, so I don't want to experience this ""type"" of person again.
