1. I have a client seeking 500,000 unsecured loan. Client has bank balance of 100,000 CAD and monthly cash flow of around 25,000. 2. Bridge financing for 145,000 USD. Client is approved by investor for 14 Million USD for property acquisition fees are for insurance wrap and deposit in CBI wallet for transfer of funds for loan. Client cash flow is around 30,000 and operates a trucking company loan for expansion to include other services and expand fleet.3. Bridge financing for 70,000 USD to complete MT103 for 25 Million USD. Client is a trade negotiator on assignment in Nepal. Funds are originally from Dubai being paid out by a Chinese Bank in Vietname. Supporting documents can be made available upon request.
4. Seeking to acquire, develop and consolidate debt for developing 5 properties. An investor has already been identified however the loan will allow for payment of existing mortgage on one property, share payout on remaining family members on the remaining 4 properties while transferring the assets to a numbered corporation for joint venture. Joint venture project will allow for development of a 50 unit apartment building, 24 unit apartment building and mini resort, hydrofarm project, commercial building to house head office and private residence for partners.

Alternatively assistance in providing a joint loan of $220,000 USD will allow for funding the projects in their entirety as lenders are already on stand by. Any supporting information you shall require please let me know. If the lender can make the loan available in Bitcoin to expedite matters that will be greatly appreciated.
