CEO OF A NATIONWIDE AND WORLDWIDE HOUSING PROJECT IS SEEKING A ONE MILLION UNITED STATES DOLLAR ($1,000,000.00) PERSONAL LOAN FOR ADDITIONAL WORKING CAPITAL.

The $1M Loan Request will be used to secure insurance (Financial Guarantees) for additional Project Funding.

The Term of the Personal Loan Request will be One (1) Calendar Year.

The Annual Interest Rate or Return On Investment (ROI) is payable at Twelve Percent (12%).

The collateral or surety for the Repayment of the requested $1M Personal Loan request will be a Standby Letter of Credit (SBLC) issued by HSBC BANK or BARCLAYS BANK OF LONDON.

Both are Major Financial Institutions with a AAA Credit Rating by every Credit Reporting Agency in the world.

Alternative collateral or surety for the $1M Personal Loan Request will be a maximum Sixty Percent (60%) First (1st) Position Lien on the Real Estate Investment(s) being purchased.
