A NOT FOR PROFIT CORPORATION, IS SEEKING A ONE (1) CALENDAR YEAR EIGHT MILLION UNITED STATES DOLLAR ($8,000,000.00) FIRST (1ST) POSITION EQUITY LOAN 100% SECURED WITH A 6-9 PIECE LUXURY RESIDENTIAL REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT PORTFOLIO.

THE $8M UNITED STATES DOLLAR EQUITY LOAN REQUEST WILL BE EQUIVALENT TO TWENTY PERCENT (20%) OF THE 6-9 PIECE FORTY MILLION UNITED STATES DOLLAR ($40,000,000.00) LUXURY REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT PORTFOLIO PURCHASE PRICE.

The 6-9 Piece Luxury Real Estate Investment Portfolio will be purchased in the state of Texas and be delivered “Free and Clear” to company at the close of the
Thirty (30) Calendar Day Escrow Term.

At closing the Private Money Investor (PMI) will receive a 20% First (1St) Position Lien against the 6-9 Piece “Free and Clear” Luxury Real Estate Investment Portfolio as 100% security for the PMI’s $8M Principal Financial Investment.

A Maximum Prepaid Annual Interest Rate of Eighteen Percent (18%) will also be prepaid to the PMI at the closing of the Thirty (30) Calendar Day Escrow Term.

Company Is promoting a Nationwide And Worldwide Humanitarian Housing Project Operation for the homeless, the poor, and the less fortunate beginning in Humble, Texas.

Food, clothing, education, employment, medical and dental treatment, career courses opportunities, rehabilitation, and medical and dental services will also be provided as part of the Nationwide And Worldwide Humanitarian Housing Project Operations being promoted by the company.

NOTE: AN ADDITIONAL 2% WILL BE ADDED TO THE 18% PREPAID ANNUAL INTEREST RATE IF THE LOAN IS CLOSED ON OR BEFORE MARCH 1, 2025.
