$10M Thirty (30) Day Transactional Loan Request

A TEN MILLION UNITED STATES DOLLAR ($10,000,000.00) TRANSACTIONAL LOAN IS BEING REQUESTED FOR THIRTY (30) CALENDAR DAYS AT AN EIGHT PERCENT (8%) TRANSACTION RATE FOR THE MONTH.

The requested $10M Principal Financial Investment will be used to contractually Purchase and Monetize Discounted “Cash-Backed” Bank Issued and 100% Bank Guaranteed Financial Instruments.

The sole purpose for contractually Purchasing and Monetizing the Discounted “Cash-Backed” Bank Issued and 100% Bank Guarantee Financial Instruments is to generate financial resources for our Nationwide And Worldwide Humanitarian Housing Project Operation.

The humanitarian housing operation will also provide food, clothes, employment and career opportunities, medical, dental, and rehabilitation opportunities for our clients the homeless, the poor, and the less fortunate.

The entire process of Purchasing and Monetizing the Discounted Bank Instruments is done in an “Escrow Controlled Environment” and all under the same financial roof so no parts of the Purchase or Monetization of the Discounted Bank Instruments will have to be contracted or outsourced to another company or Major Financial Institution.

The supplier of the Bank Guaranteed Financial Instruments has over 40 years of verifiable experience in selling and monetizing Bank Guaranteed Financial Instruments.

The Private Money Investor (PMI) will have the option to repeat the process of monthly investing their $10M Principal Financial Investment for One (1) Calendar Year.

The PMI’s Principal Financial Investment and Eight Percent (8%) Monthly Interest Payment will be available for payment,
via Escrow Instructions, at the close of each Thirty (30) Day Transactional Term.

NOTE: IF THE $10M PRINCIPAl FINANCIAL INVESTMENT IS SECURED BY JANUARY 1, 2026, THE MONTHLY EIGHT PERCENT (8%) TRANSACTIONAL RATE WILL BE INCREASED BY TWO PERCENT (2%) AND PAYABLE AT TEN PERCENT (10%) MONTHLY FOR UP TO ONE (1) CALENDAR YEAR.
