$350K Needed To Secure A $3.5M Financial Guarantee

Business is seeking a Three Hundred Fifty Thousand United States Dollar ($350,000.00) Short Term Loan from a Private Money Investor (PMI) to secure a Three Million Five Hundred Thousand Dollar ($3,500,000.00) Capital Repayment Guarantee Bond to be issued by a Major Insurance Company, with a AAA Business Credit Rating, for One (1) Calendar Year.

The $350K is being requested for a minimum of Thirty (30) Calendar Days and a maximum of Twelve (12) Calendar Months.

The maximum Annual Interest Rate or Return On Investment (ROI) being offered to the PMI for their $350K Principal Financial Investment (PFI) is Twelve Percent (12%).

The $3.5M Capital Repayment Guarantee Bond will be used to immediately secure a Project Funding Loan in the amount of Two Million Eight Hundred Thousand United States Dollars ($2,800,000.00) or Eighty Percent (80%) of the Face Value (FV) of the $3.5M Capital Repayment Guarantee Bond.

The PMI’s $350K PFI and Twelve Percent (12%) or Forty-Two Thousand United States Dollars ($42,000.00) ROI will be deducted from the $2.8M Loan at the closing to ensure the PMI’s PFI and ROI.

The entire purchasing process in done in an escrow controlled setting and handled by a third party entity.

The remaining project funds will be used to purchase Real Estate Investments “ALL CASH” to eliminate any Monthly Mortgage Payments as the homeless and the less fortunate are being temporarily housed.

Annual Property Taxes and normal “Ware and Tear” will be the only expenses attached to each Real Estate Investment
being provided for our homeless and less fortunate clients.

Housing for the general public will also be purchased “ALL CASH” to generate a cash flow to help support our Nationwide And Worldwide Humanitarian Housing Project Operations.
