$5M One (1) Calendar Year Escrow Loan Request

FIVE MILLION UNITED STATES DOLLAR ($5,000,000.00) ESCROW LOAN IS BEING REQUESTED TO FUND A NATIONWIDE AND WORLDWIDE HUMANITARIAN HOUSING PROJECT OPERATIONS.

Private Money Loans (PML) in the amount of Five Million United States Dollars ($5,000,000.00) are being requested to generate financial resources to fund our Nationwide And Worldwide Humanitarian Housing Project Operation to support the homeless, the poor, and the less fortunate.

Our Nationwide And Worldwide Humanitarian Housing Project Operations will also provide food, clothing, employment and career opportunities, education and higher learning opportunities, medical, dental, and optical, and rehabilitation opportunities for the homeless, poor, and the less fortunate.

Our Escrow Loan Request is for One (1) Calendar Year Loan and is 100% Contractually controlled and processed by a neutral Third Party.

Escrow Loan Request Interest Rates are to be agreed between the Private Money Investor (PMI) and our company during contract negotiations.

After the PMI and our company contractually agree to an Escrow Loan Amount and Interest Payment, the agreed upon financial investment amount will be deposited with a neutral Third Party (Escrow) to execute a Buy and Leverage Contract of Discounted “Cash Backed” Bank Issued Financial Guarantees.

After One (1) Calendar Year, the Buy and Leverage Contract is completed, the PMI’s PML is repaid Principal and Interest, via Wire Transfer, and the Escrow Loan Request is complete.

Each Escrow Loan Request can be repeated a maximum of Twelve (12) times per year.

Each Escrow Loan Request is ultimately a bank to bank transaction and transfer of funds.
