Social Impact Commercial & Humanitarian Project

We want to develop and then simultaneously implement an integrated Wealth Creation Zone (WCZ) and Smart Affordable City (SAC) project in Delta State Nigeria. The WCZ will comprise multiple industrial undertakings co-located together and is purposely for the creation of sustainable jobs as well as other human capital development opportunities, while the SAC is for affordable housing for those engaged in the WCZ. It will also offer accommodation for commercial uses. Both the WCZ and SAC will be powered independent of the national grid with renewable energy sources providing 100% of electricity supply. To make the project a lot more financially lucrative, we intend to permit 3rd party investors to come in and take up investment opportunities within our precinct.

Humanitarian programs we intend to offer include but aren't limited to housing sold with 0% down payment, free quality basic education for indigent children and free comprehensive medical services for the young as well as the elderly within our host communities.

The project's first and second phases will cost around USD1.2B to implement.

We already have a CREDIT LINE available through one of our development partners. What we seek is an investor or second lender to provide for our benefit a cash backed SBLC from a top rated bank or immovable cash funds(Blocked Funds) held in an account set up in a reputable bank. Any of these funding resources can be leveraged without risk of loss to fully fund our project.

For the SBLC, face value can range from 100 to 300M USD, it will be required for 1 year and will be returned unencumbered 15 days prior to expiration.

For the blocked funds, 100M Euro minimum is required and the funds will not move for minimum 1 year.

All fees or charges for use of 3rd party assets (cash-backed SBLC or Blocked Funds) will be paid as we get funded. Equity in the project will also be considered
