$100K Joint Venture Partner Wanted

$100K JOINT VENTURE PARTNER WANTED FOR HUMANITARIAN HOUSING PROJECT OPERATIONS,

A $100K Joint Venture Partner is wanted for One (1) Calendar Year to help fund our Nationwide And Worldwide Humanitarian Housing Project Operations.

The Monthly Interest Rate being offered to the Joint Venture Partner is One Percent (1%) Per Week 100% Guaranteed by contracts prior to the $100K Principal Investment being invested.

The $100K Principal Financial Investment and the One Percent (1%} weekly Interest Payment will be generated and 100% guaranteed utilizing the monthly process of contractually leasing and monetizing “Fresh-Cut” Ten Million United States Dollar $10,000,000.00 Stand-By Letters Of Credit (SBLC).

$60,000.00 of the $100K will be used for banking cost to get the issuing bank involved in creating the $10M SBLC and to cover the cost of Wire Transfers and all
bank-to-bank communications.

NOTE: No Major Financial Institution will get involved in creating or issuing a “Fresh-Cut” SBLC without first being compensated for the services or involvement.

$10,000.00 will be paid to the facilitator for arranging the “Fresh-Cut”
$10,000,000.00 SBLC bank instrument from their participating banks HSBC or Barclays Bank London.

NOTE; Both Major Financial Institutions are rated “AAA” or better by all credit reporting agencies.

$30,000.00 will be used for our company’s expenses to travel to the facilitator’s place of business for approximately Three (3) months to ensure that the first (1st) Three (3) Contractually Guaranteed transactions go according to contract schedule.

Each $10,000,000.00 SBLC will be monetized at Eighty Percent (80%) of each
$10,000,000.00 SBLC’s Face Value (FV) or Eight Million United States Dollars ($8,000,000.00) in the form of a “Non-Recourse Loan” because our company is a Non-Profit Corporation funding a humanitarian project.

We are offering an extra Five Percent (5%) Annual Interest Rate / Payment if a Joint Venture Partnership Contract and the $100K Financial Investments are in place by December 15, 2025.

The Joint Venture Partner’s Principle Financial Investment and Interest Payment will be available to the Joint Venture Partner after each $8,000,000.00 transaction has been completed and wire transferred to our United States Business account should the Joint Venture Partner decide not to complete the One (1) Calendar Year Funding Contract for any reason.

There is no financial penalty to the Joint Venture Partner should they decide to cancel their Principal Financial Investment after Ninety (90) Calendar Days.

Joint Venture Partner must simply submit a Written Notice of their intent to cancel
their Principal Financial Investment Thirty (30) Calendar Days prior to Contract Cancellation.
