Attached you’ll find details of 17 Waste-to-Energy (W2E) sites selected from our £1.25 billion project pipeline. We are seeking a 100% non-recourse loan facility to fund the entire portfolio.
Our structure involves:
• Deploying 10% of the loan capital directly into the projects, and
• Allocating the remaining 90% into a regulated trading platform (PPP) to generate returns and mitigate risk.
We are flexible on structuring deals and fees, but we do not pay any upfront fees due to previous bad experiences.
