Offer: Investment In Opening A New Market - Poland

We are looking forward to propose you a profit sharing agreement for the expansion of our business to the Polish market.

Please note that we will need 3 months of preparation before we officially start with the Polish market.

According to the terms of this offer, you should invest 228,750 EUR in our company "Obscale d.o.o.", and in return you will receive 30% of the profits generated from the Polish market during a period of 3 years.

My forecast is that the first year will generate at least EUR 500,000 in net profit, in the second year EUR 1,000,000, in the third year EUR 1,500,000, in the fourth year EUR 2,000,000 and in the fifth year EUR 3,000,000.

After the initial period of 3 years, you will continue to receive 5% of the profits generated from the Polish market for an additional 2 years.

According to these forecasts, in the first 3 years, you would earn a total of 900,000 EUR.

500,000 EUR x 30% = 150,000 EUR in the first year
1,000,000 EUR x 30% = 300,000 EUR in the second year
1,500,000 EUR x 30% = 450,000 EUR in the third year

In years 4 and 5, your share would be 5% in the Polish market, which would result in:

2,000,000 EUR x 5% = 100,000 EUR in year 4
3,000,000 EUR x 5% = 150,000 EUR in year 5

Whereas for year 4 and 5, your earnings would amount to 250,000 EUR.

TOTAL EARNINGS THROUGH A PERIOD OF 5 YEARS: EUR 1,150,000


***If the business fails to reach the minimum profit forecasts, i.e. within 3 years your minimum earnings are 500,000 EUR, we are ready to give you a share in "Obscale d.o.o." to the company, it will be x2 of your original stake in the Polish market.



Intended use of investment funds:
1. Procurement of goods for 3 months: 50,000 pcs of Natura Active or Prostate Pure capsules = 87,500 EUR
2. Marketing services = 100,000 EUR
3. Equipping the call center = 16,250 EUR
a. (20 used central units x 250 EUR = 5,000 EUR)
b. (20 monitors x 125 EUR = 2,500 EUR)
c. (20 headphones x 50 EUR = 1,000 EUR)
d. (20 chairs x 75 EUR = 1,500 EUR)
e. (20 work tables x 100 EUR = 2,000 EUR)
f. (1 kitchen table + 6 chairs = 300 EUR)
Mr. (hygiene products for 3 months = 250 EUR approx.)
h. (coffee machine = 250-500 eur) *** We will try to find a free rental if we only buy coffee from them.

j. (Kitchen TV of 32 inches = 150-175 EUR)***This has proven itself well in our call center when the agents are on break so that they always have a TV with YT music on all the time)

4. Working capital = 25,000 EUR (funds that do not have to be invested in the next phase, but that we have them somewhere as security in case of a payment failure)

Activity plan:
1. Form a team of 5 people responsible for this project
2. Find space for a call center in Poland
3. Organize storage and shipping of goods in Poland
4. Find 20 agents who worked in the call center (we plan to keep 10, 15 working, we are slowly increasing, but we have to prepare the agents)
5. Fly to Poland and stay for 5 days during that period to organize business space, talk with agents, inspect warehouses, find bookkeeping, system for fiscalization of goods.
6. Prepare marketing for Poland, agreement for aff networks, facebook marketing plan, google, native, etc.
7. After that, fly to Poland again and stay for a minimum of 2 weeks, monitor
