I am based in Lahore/Pakistan. I am a petroleum engineer with over 30 years of experience in the oil and gas investments. I have successfully completed several high value projects in the Middle East, North Africa, Oklahoma/USA, and The Caspian Region.

I have oil and gas client base in Baku, Islamabad, London, Qatar, Dubai, Oklahoma, and Algeria. I am well aware of the industry needs in oil and gas consulting services. I have the track record of successfully setting up and running oil and gas consulting businesses before taking up job-based international assignments.

I have plans to set-up state of the art oil and gas consulting business with start-up offices in Islamabad/Pakistan and Dubai to cater to the oil and gas consulting requirements in Azerbaijan, Pakistan, Algeria, the Middle East, and USA. I have a group of highly qualified and reputable petroleum engineers, geologists, economists, reservoir engineers, and mergers and acquisitions specialists to join me in this venture.

In this part of the, world oil and gas consulting services are missing and most of the existing people are only agents of foreign consultants who only work on some basic commission, where as the big-bucks are taken by the foreign companies. .

My aim is to set up a full-fledged consulting services to cater to the following needs of the oil and gas industry:

1. Reserves classification, estimation, and evaluation.

2. IPO listing for oil and gas companies.

3. Reserves based lending.

4. Mergers and Acquisitions

5. Production Forecasting

6. Field development Planning

7. Reservoir Modelling

8. Staff Training

9. Third Party Reserve Certification


Although setting up such a consulting services set-up is very expensive due to the software costs, but I have advantage of having my own licences of the most used software for these purposes. I believe that with a loan amount of $ 300,000.00 such a consulting service can be set-up with in a period of 30 days and its can start generating business and cash flow in 90 days after start-up. Our first launch will be in Islamabad where some 25 multinational and local companies have their offices and we (myself and my colleagues who intent to join) have either worked for them or have contacts, which will help us get the business on merit. Our second launch will be UAE, where some 30 oil and gas local and government have their offices, and our third launch will be in London (I have UK Work Permit and Indefinite Leave to Remain), where most of the consulting business revolves around M & A and Reserve based lending dealing with bank.

We are fully aware of the short term, medium term, and long term consulting needs of our targeted clients and by virtue of the experience that we have we are completely aware of every company's format of report requirements.

In addition to the above, funding institutions, like WB and ADB, Multinational national banks and Investment banks having offices in Pakistan, Dubai, and Baku have a regular requirements for third party intervention when loans against production and reserves are sought by the oil and companies. We have the experience and the repute of delivering the same.
