Seeking investor(s) to invest in the acquisition/rollup of multiple HVAC service companies with the goal of building up a multi-state service company. Many of these service businesses include plumbing and electrical and these will be considered as well. The company will consolidate many overhead operations and streamline logistics.

HVAC is considered an essential service and is critical to the health and comfort of household residents and commercial success. Multiple opportunities have been identified across 11 states through listing websites. Only cash flowing opportunities with solid financials were analyzed. The opportunity is enticing with the potential for growth through the introduction of modern technologies in legacy businesses.

Estimated first year capital input requirements are $750,000 in multiple tranches. Capital can be paid out at a 3X multiple paid over 5 years, or a note, silent partner equity will be also considered. Planned total portfolio targets are 75+ units across the southeast. Along the way, will consider distributor acquisition to control more of the vertical margin.
