Commodity Is Sold / Escrow $$ To Release Allocation

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Group needs to RENT the sum of $1.5 million USD for an Escrow Deposit to qualifying for a Factory Priced Allotment of a particular Commodity, which Commodity LEXI is selling for an already agreed Sale Price (USD) to an already identified and already pre-qualified Buyer for an already determined Profit. Key features of this Project are as follows:
1. The Factory (i) is very well established with manufacturing facilities strategically located across the globe; and (ii) is, to the exclusion of all others, the sole manufacturer of the Commodity.
2. The Escrow Deposit is held in the IOLTA Account of the Factory Escrow Attorney located in the USA. The Escrow Deposit DOES NOT leave the United States.
3. The Factory Escrow Attorney IOLTA Account is established with one (1) of the top-tier banks in the United States.
4. At the close of the Sale and Purchase, an already engaged top-tier Washington DC Transactional Paymaster will distribute funds in accordance with mutually agreed terms and conditions; (i) first to the Investor including the original invested funds plus the RENTAL FEE set forth in this Project Summary; and then, (ii) residual funds to LEXI.

INVESTOR RETURN ON INVESTMENT
1 The single investor or group of investors who deposit the $1.5 million USD DIRECT to the Factory Escrow Attorney IOLTA Account will see a return of:
1.1 the original $1.5 million USD investment; plus, EITHER:
1.2 a RENTAL FEE of $750,000 USD within 30 days if the Commodity quantity required to fulfill the first LEXI order is already available in the United States; OR
1.3 a RENTAL FEE of $1.5 million USD within 90 days if the Commodity quantity required to fulfill the first LEXI order must be manufactured and shipped to the United States. It will likely be less than 90 days, however, the 90 days period accounts for the time needed for manufacturing, overseas shipping to the United States, longshoremen, United States Customs Clearance, logistics transporting the Commodity into storage, etc..
